Book idea - Simona Kossak
This children’s non-fiction book tells the story of the Polish biologist Simona Kossak. She led an unconventional life in the pristine Białowieża Forest in Poland, dedicating herself to protecting its animals and unique natural environment. Simona lived in a simple hut together with nature photographer Lech Wilczek and devoted her life to conservation. She fought tirelessly for her cause and, despite strong resistance and many setbacks, never stopped believing in what she stood for. Her determination and unconditional love for animals make her an inspiring figure who deserves greater recognition.
